I still remember that helpless feeling.
I was in my 2nd year of university (studying piano performance), and had just started building a private teaching studio to earn a sustainable income.

Needless to say, I eventually burnt out.
The pandemic was my turning point.
When Covid-19 struck in 2020, my student base disappeared essentially overnight, and I suddenly had a lot more time on my hands.
To be honest, it felt like a blessing in disguise.
Because of the lockdown, everyone suddenly came online, and I experienced an influx of new people watching my YouTube videos, with most of them asking for more!
In addition, because I now had so much extra time, I decided to go ALL IN on YouTube - uploading content each week for my audience, which gave me the opportunity to learn more about what they truly wanted and needed.

Who am I?
Chris is a classically trained pianist/accompanist, singer/songwriter, composer/orchestrator, and educator/adjudicator based out of Toronto, Canada. His music is largely inspired by the hits of classic Disney, Broadway, easy listening, Romantic giants Chopin & Rachmaninoff, jazz & big band, pop/rock, and Nintendo.
He's had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented musicians around the world, including Tina Guo (Hans Zimmer), Anne-Kathrin Dern (The Claus Family), Steven Melin & David Wise (Donkey Kong Country). He's also collaborated with fellow content creators Ryan Leach, MakePopMusic, and 8-bit Music Theory, sharing his love of music with a global audience.
